BOUNDARY SURVEYS

FEMA FLOOD ELEVATION CERTIFICATES / LETTERS OF MAP AMENDMENT

  •  FEMA Flood Elevation Certificates are used to show the relationship of permenent improvements to a property in relation to the 100 year Flood Plain as determined by FEMA.
  • FEMA Letters of Map Amendment can be done on properties that can be proven to be above the elevation of the 100 year Flood Plain in areas with a Flood Insurance Study.  In the Fairifeld County Area, these are mostly shown as a zone "AE" on the Flood Insurance Rate Map.

 

MORTGAGE LOCATION SURVEYS

  •  Mortgage Location Surveys meet the specific needs for title insurance.  This type of survey is NOT a boundary survey and cannot be relied upon as such.
